Wilkommen im Paradies
In this project, I have attempted to depict how individuals define the term ‘utopia’ differently. For making this project, I had intensive contact with three people for a couple of months. So I had been able to know them, their habits and rituals. The wanderer with his little pig makes his own utopia. For the young Christian refugee from Egypt is his dreamable utopia an unreachable country.

Mijn tent, niemand ziet, niemand vraagt zich af.
For this project, I have asked three visitors from Blaka Watra (a shelter for homeless and addicted people in Amsterdam) what they will do when they live outside of society in a tent. As wrongly nurtured and casted away from the cultured, urbanised society, my question seem to be a contradictory one to them; because as an addicted or homeless, they have allready marginalised living outside of society. I asked them to imagine a place outside of society as a utopia, a place in nature where everything is possible
